RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

ORDERS 
  • Orders can be placed on our Web Store and are not binding until dotts has confirmed the order by issuing an order confirmation. Once you have placed your order we will send you a preliminary confirmation via email and normally process your order within 1-2 days. We operate form Monday to Friday except for public holidays. In the case of a delay, e.g. due to stock availability, we will inform you promptly. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you the final confirmation and tracking information for your order via email. When you place an order, all data is encoded to and from the website by SSL (Secure Socket Layers).
RETURN POLICY
  • When you purchase from our Web Store, dotts gives you a 30-days money back guarantee from the delivery day, not covering original shipping costs and additional duties and/or taxes. If you want to request a refund you need to contact us at hey@dottsaudio.com within 30 days and return your product exactly as received - in perfect, unused condition and packaging. Failure to return the product in its original condition will result in no refund, and the product will be sent back to you.

    Shipping and handling are at your expenses and your responsibility. We will not compensate for products that have been lost during shipping. Refunds will be made to the credit card, which has been used when ordering, within two weeks after having received the returned item.     
    All returns are subject to a quality control once received in our warehouse. Refund will take place only if the quality control is successful. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, and the original packaging included.

FAULTY PRODUCTS RETURN POLICY
  • In the event that the product is defective or present a defect, the client must contact within the following 14 calendar days after receiving the order with dotts at hey@dottsaudio.com. dotts will be responsible for all costs associated with the collection of the Product and the subsequent delivery of the new Product, provided that once the same have been examined by the Quality Department, the existence of defects or defects in them is confirmed. The return or replacement of the defective Product will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days after the date on which dotts has sent an email to the client with the confirmation of the return or replacement of the product.
WARRANTY AND REPAIR SERVICE
  • We have a 1 year International warranty policy (please note it may be more than 1 year depending on your local legislation).

    If your dotts need to be repaired during the warranty period, this won´t have any cost for you. Please, consider that our quality department will verify that the product has some damage and assess the best way to fix it. However, if our quality department considers that a repair is not necessary, we will send it back to you without any repair.

    If your dotts need to be repaired once the warranty period is over, our quality department will assess how much the repair would cost, and we will let you know the cost via email before we repair it.

    *Please, consider that shipping costs are not included on our warranty.

EXCHANGE A PRODUCT
  • We do not provide exchange of a product. if you wish to change your product, please go through the return process and place a new order.
